Building The Brand
In The Kitchen started as a group assignment for a history project at Ithaca College. Connor & Ryan took this open-ended project to heart, leaning into their background in media production to create a high-energy, comedic video about the “revolution” of pizza.
In Fall of 2026, the pair officially launched Historic Kitchen, the media company overseeing In The Kitchen’s production. Now, In The Kitchen returns as a full series, with episodes dropping bi-monthly on YouTube. Using his marketing background, Connor developed in-depth brand guidelines for the new venture.
